    Look on your EGR tab in DDDL. When the EGR valve is commanded over 11% does the EGR valve amperage (the red bar under the EGR commanded %) come up at all?? It should show come sort of current draw. And please don't go screwing around with the turbo actuator rod. You'll never get it back right.
