Fault code SPN 5443 FMI 13

I used JPRO to check the code, under description says "After treatment 1 Hydrocarbon Dosing System - Calibration value out of range". Does anyone know what this code is? Thanks in advance

 

AHI module reads low air pressure. To verify this you need manual pressure gauge tap into the 1/4 air line that comes to AHI module and check what the pressure is should be 35psi. Or you can do this right at the outlet of pressure reducing valve that’s next to air drier.

 

How often do you replace air drier filter??

 

So is this the pressure regulator that controls the air that goes into the AHI module? If it doesn't put out the right pressure then I would have this fault code?

Yes you’re correct. But still need to verify that cause there’s a chance AHI pressure sensor reads incorrectly. You can see more info using Volvo PTT and you can control AHI module in a way.
AHI module is expensive compared to air drier filters, buy them when they are on sale, most dealers have monthly specials, replacing them annually before winter helps.

 

Ive been trying to find where to post this question without starting a new AHI module thread.

But I replaced module, injector, regulator and air cartridge( filter).

Now I get P113000, ahi module stuck closed? ..but ONLY when idling over 10 min.
If Im driving, all is good no matter how low I drive. But as soon as I idle more than 10 min, I get the code.

Any ideas?
