What does “you didnt work in the best interest of the company” mean? You keep a hold back on this very broad term?!

Well as I expected, Kyle Favel did not contact me. He had Tammy Kohl do his dirty work as usual.
She played dumb as to what was going on and said she would call me back, she didn’t call but wrote an email, stating the truck owner was notified about our hold back. This statement by her is 100% false. I know that Favel has not paid us our $5000 hold back for our 2 trucks. I will warn anyone looking at putting a truck on at Favel to not do it!!!!!!!
They will steal your hard earned money!!!

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT work for these people!!!!!
I had 3 trucks on with Favel in spring/summer of 2017 in their bulk division, 2 pulling super b hoppers and 1 hauling liquid fert. Cheque’s averaged 5000 per month per truck running 6 days per week. How?!?!! I figured out the cheque’s were so low because they were skimming money off my cheque. Tammy also falsified my logs in order to try and get me to complete a delivery when I was houred out. I was running e logs!!!! I didn’t receive any pay for the last month. Court case pending!!!!!

 

It’s sad the scam they are pulling
And even worse is that Kyle Favel hides behind his wife and Tammy Kohl
Just a down right dirty rotten scoundrel
And scare to show his face

 

Yes Kyle certainly is a greasy little skid. I only saw him once, the day I started he was about to come in the office downstairs but as soon as he saw there was a few of us truckers in there he scampered upstairs. Didn’t understand at the time why the owner of the company wouldn’t want to talk to the truckers working for him. Now I realize he was scared ####less.
