This link also has the 120 page indictment with at least 35 people listed, you can read it (click on the lower left corner of the inset page menu and it will expand the page, like youtube). They have listed the conversation that was taped between employees, the sales and regionals, and statements from one past employee who I believe was able to give them records or tell them how to find the false reports. It indicates that this has been going on for several years to unsuspecting truck companies and if a cry was raised they would reimburse the company and blame it on computer error. They preferred smaller companies that were not as savy in having computer programs to track the real amounts of the rebates. They were doing this to mail rebate customers where the figures could be cooked and amounts changed and then mailed out.

It sounds like they have them nailed to me, Haslam can yell innocence all he wants.. scam for pockets.

 

It will go down kinda like this......... He'll sign some papers, admit to nothing and pay a huge fine. He'll never do time....... We shall see.
