Maybe he can do a bang up job like he did with Penn State.

I can't say I'm surprised at how quickly the lawyers have gotten involved. Not to defend PFJ at all but if they pay all the money back plus interest, what is there to sue over other than making money for the attorneys?

On the radio, they said this last case is for $75,000 plus interest and punitive damages (i.e., money to pay the attorneys).

Seems like they could've gotten their money back a lot faster without the lawsuit. Now, it will probably be years before they get it.

Seems that they would have been smarter to not have tried the theft in the first place.

Now, they have to pay the price.

The law suits may show even more than they want since they will have to analyze the records in depth.

Otherwise, totally agree, they should have agreed to pay it back.

However, it does not erase the theft.

Of course it doesn't erase the theft but that is for the FBI and IRS to deal with and I hope every person responsible pays dearly.

But, for the most part, these little lawsuits seem to have a lot more to do with lining lawyers pockets than providing justice.

Anything to get something from someone like this ALWAYS lines an attorney pocket. Got to love that.

Would you trust PFJ to correctly calculate what they owe you? If I owned a trucking company, I'd want to have accountants and lawyers involved in auditing the amount. Besides, once this gets to class action and awards are made, there will be triple damages. Even though it will take years to get the money, the payoff in the end will be much much greater.
