fcc cracking down

User CP, then go to edit options and check the messaging area.

 

That was the first place I looked...all thats there on my User CP is a place to receive emails (which is checked) but nothing on PM's...although I did receive a PM once from one of the Admins...but for some reason I don't have the option for personal PM's.

Guess someone in the Admin Office here decided not to let me have that option for some reason...

For as that go's, I don't have a "Signature" option either...

 

Same area, but look down in it.

It has an area for ENABLE PM or something like that.

I tried to sign up, I got the confirmation email with the user id and validation key, but it didn't work. There is no way to get in touch with the moderators if you're not a member, so I was hoping you could help. I'm trying to use the same user ID as on this forum.

Better recheck your understanding of FCC rules.

Guess you failed to notice my license class. I've had this call since the early 70's. Which BTW I took all my test before the FCC in downtown KC.

That doesn't make sense. If your confirmation email didn't work you wouldn't be posting now. New members have to have 7 posts before PMing. Nonmembers can email the admin also.

Usually they let just about anyone in...May try using a different "User Name" and see what happens...

As for Jeremyc, if "CB Radio Forum" was the site that you tried to join but had problems...You may try and contact "rollingradios" here on this Forum and see if he can help you...

 

Well when I am working long distance contacts, I like to do some search on other forums to try and find guys that I made contact with.
