He called in sick today... LOL

Not a big deal since the two middle loads are actually on my way to Lincoln to grab my homeward bound load. First one is right on I-80 and the Second one is in Lincoln. So it makes sense.

Sometimes this Harbor Freight in Moreno Valley in California can be a headache as jam packed as this place is getting. And today the gaurds are having there California attitude . Bite your tongue and drive out .

Yep, I have had shag duty before too. Here to help that way if needed. As long as I am getting miles, I don't mind.

Yup... we all take our turn from time to time... and like I said, I was driving right passed them anyway so might as well be under load and making the company some money.

Some of shag runs can turn into a bigger pot of gold in the end to get you back to a customer for a longer run to finish off the pay period. Or those shag runs fit just perfect in your recap hours to keep building up miles for the pay period. With me as long as I can keep my recap going with worthwhile hours each week I never take a 34 until home time . Ben does a fantastic job of helping me never take a 34 while I stay out 2-3 months at a time . be safe everyone!

I tip my hat to anyone that can stay out here 2 to 3 months at a time. When I hit four weeks my BS meter is broken, every little thing starts to irritate me, and I’m ready to go home and reboot.

I do 4 -5 weeks, then a full week off. Completely detach from the truck..almost home now, back out on the 9th.
