Almost killed me? I think that's a little far fetched, you would think you've died and gone to hell in Los Angeles traffic lol.:biggrin_2551:

Doing the courteous thing and doing what you have to do, often do not coincide. Do what you have to do first, and if it can be done "courteously" that's fine too.

According to you, you did the "courteous thing" and what did that get you? The answer is in the title that YOU determined to be accurate.

I'm all about defensive and courteous driving but only as long as it doesn't put me at increased risk of crash or put myself into a situation where I can only get into more trouble.

    I'm done critiquing Scottie.

FedEx, what a fool. Probably takes risks like that all the time. One day it will get him. He sees Scottie going slow and counts on Scottie to be aware of what he's doing. The FedEx driver has a lot of faith in others to keep him/her out of trouble. His/her day will come.

Maybe I'm too paranoid but I have little faith in others to do what I'd like them to do.

Never saw any of your other vids, but there is no way in hell I wait that long to get over, all you are doing is taking the act of merging to the last possible point, why put yourself in that position? With that being said, Yes, FX was an ###.

Ok...so I dont carry a chronograph.Dont need one to see/ tell what was going on in the video.Yes,Fed Wrex was in the Wrong here.Speeding into a Construction Zone? Especially one with a driver in front of you? Closing down to one lane? Was you Dogging it? Maybe a little, but were talking Fed Wrex. Its obvious he/she was going to speed around you no matter what.If you would have came over, they would have yanked over in the right lane (till it ended),then possibly came over Into you.Bottom line Fed Wrex was a Stupid as. driver, being Dangerous, trying to "Get in front of Ya".Was he worried about you being there or the construction zone? No,just trying to "get in front of ya".Experience tells me,I wouldnt have came over in front of a "fast mover" either.
