Been recently contemplating joining the FEDEX team as an owner operator. Wondering if anyone would like to share about their rates and work loads out there. Do they keep the wheels moving and how much dead heading do you end up doing? Any info is much appreciated.

First learn the name. There are several Fedex companies. All are doomed, but that's my opinion.

It's Fedex Custom Critical.

Critical after Custom. Custom after Fedex.
