It really depends on the barn. Smaller yards, like mine, have little choice but to keep us working when we get swamped. Bigger ones have enough PT guys to ensure that few if any folks get OT.

We have 200 doors not sure if thats a lot or no, but full time dockworkers have mandatory 4 hours OT everyday
