FedEx Freight Hiring Process? (Driver Apprentice)

These positions are pretty hard to get onto at any of the ltls. It's possible but can take some time.

Typically most places prioritize their current employees over outside hires. So if someone went and told their manager they want to drive now, they might have given them that position you applied for.

 

I actually applied for the driver apprentice position after i obtained my cdl and all endorsements. I interviewed, received offer letter and now waiting around for them to finish my background check and job history. been a few weeks and still no call to do physical/drug test. process seems to take a while.
