What is the pay like for Road Drivers over there? What is the Pay Scale? Are you guys working dock? How many hours do you work a night?

Your questions fall under the category of "How high is up?"
The pay scale depends on where you live. Places with a higher cost of living get paid more(I don't like it, but that's how it is). I'm pretty sure that after 3yrs you'll be making over .60/mi no matter where you live.
Dock work depends on where you work out of, and where you are on the board. Our barn has one road driver, and unless they bounce him, he'll drive 97 miles, work the dock for 6 hours and come back. At a barn right up the road, the lower drivers run 120-some miles, work the dock for three hours, then drive back. At that same barn, those at the top of the board run days to ABQ and back, have no dock work at all, and clear $120K/year.
There are simply too many variables to give a blanket answer. -
Right I understand that, I work at XPO and do about the same job. Was just curious on what the pay scale was looking like. But, I get what your saying 100% -
I will say that FXF doesn't have drivercams (we do have dashcams) and there's an ex-CW driver here who says it was far worse at CW/XPO. I haven't run linehaul in years, but I'll ask around on Monday and see what I can find out about today's pay.
Trucker42BC Thanks this. -

Where are the terminals that will give you the most driving miles, 500 plus?
