So I have started the process with Fedex Ground and I was wondering if anyone knows what disqualifies someone on the background. I have 2 misdemeanors from 08 where I was charged never convicted and cases were dismissed with prejudice. If anyone can shed some light on this it would be greatly appreciated.

Not convicted? Well, if they ask you if you’ve ever been convicted, that answer is no.
If they ask if you’ve ever been charged (doubtful that they can or would ask that) then the answer is yes, but charges were dismissed with predjudice.
There’s no way that a dismissal is going to keep you from getting hired at a good company, even if for some unknown reason FedEx were to turn you down. -
