Why did the protestor jump on a truck that wasn't stationary? I don't know if FedEx will be in that much trouble here. I'm not sure if the driver even knew Mr. Perkins was on the dolly

It's a large peice of equipment, you don't approach it from a blind area. Common sense.

And the scumbags are going to say it’s a protest zone. Truck should have not approached it. “Common sense”. FedEx’s insurance going to settle. And all the truckers are going to pay with higher premiums. Mark my words.

Just the fact that a lawyer is willing to take that case is mind boggling. I wouldn’t put my reputation out there on that one. “Peacefully Looting” the new mantra.

Do you know how I know?
I was picking up a private car (I’m a car hauler) few years ago, and had a little chat with the owner. He told me that he had a fleet of car hauler trucks. He went out of business because the insurance almost doubled after 9/11. He talked to the insurance company and they told him it was because of the 9/11 claims.

Fedex should sue the guys parents.
They had the job of raising him to not do dumb stuff. They failed at their duty and should be held responsible for any counseling the driver needs as well as the cleaning of the tires. Tire shine is negotiable.

They could if the “protester” was underage.
