    I have the same problem, falls off at least once a day, also what is the chime sound I keep hearing? I don't see any notification pop up just the sound periodically at radome intervals.

    Chime is a turn sound. Map screen/ bottom right/route icon/route settings/route tab/Turn announcements/bottom right/unclick the box for chime tone on.
