What are some of the companies that will hire felons. Me myself I was charged with a felony (non violent) kind like a white collar crime in 2012 for unemployment benefits. It was resolved in 2013, I'm just trying to find a company where I can get my foot in the door. I know it's not going to be the BEST company but just somewhere I can get my foot in the door and get experience.
Felony Friendly

Dozens of companies will hire you.
Do you plan to attend a private cdl school?
Where is your location? I'll give you some company names. -
Britton Transport will consider you. Website has contact info. It depends on the exact nature of your offense. But I know they will at least listen with an open mind. They take those on a case by case basis. And won't just toss your app in the trash if the yes box is checked. And Britton may not be "Best" company, but they are certainly a very good company. I've enjoyed my 5 years here, and made good money too.

Best to apply to as many companies as you are interested in; the more the better. Submit online applications no later than during the first week of school. This gives you plenty of time to choose a company before graduation. In fact, you'll probably start getting job offers before you finish submitting job applications. Sometimes you'll get job offers within an hour or so.
Off topic, but, what's the story on that big castle looking house in Lexington?
Look at these:
Magnum Ltd. - definitely apply here.
Freymiller
Dynamic Transit
Tyson Foods
Britton Transport
Schneider Bulk - tankers & need tanker/hazmat endorsement (yes, you qualify for hazmat)
A.N. Webber
USA Truck
West Side Transport
Navajo Express
Ignore "experience required" on any website and apply anyway. Some websites aren't up to date and some companies bend their own hiring rules.Last edited: Mar 25, 2017

Seems like a lot of companies and applications, but most will be "Intelliapp" which means once you fill out an Intelliapp the first time, it will pop up when you apply to any other company that uses it. This saves you time because instead of filling out applications over and over, you just make a couple of adjustments on each one for each company.
Ooops Thanks this. -
I've always wondered about that castle house in Lexington too. Last time I went by there (a couple of years ago), it was up for sale. I wonder if anyone ever bought it?
