Just call various companies and ask. Be truthful. They typically verify your application once you arrive for orientation or class (whichever is applicable ) because of the cost. They don't want to waste money to verify apps from people that might not ever show up.

If you withhold information, it will come back and bite you and waste your time and travel cost.

 

It's been so long that they won't matter to most companies as long as you don't hide them. On that note, save up a few bucks and talk to some lawyers about getting your record expunged so you don't have it dragging around after you anymore.
