Update. Brother went to do background for hazmat. Waiting on response. US Express brought him in and he went to their orientation(or is in now). He called me though because another company much closer to his house called him and he wanted to know what to do. I have been told that if you leave in orientation through your own choosing the employer can turn around and report you for all kinds of stuff that end up on your DAC and CSA. Opinions on this? I have never left in the middle of an orientation so I really had no advice other than don't burn bridges.

Well I asked him at first cause I thought he said USA Truck lol. This other place is only 70 miles from his house plus they wouldn't require team driving after his training period.
