Now now... even strain.
I cannot imagine what I would do when I present with a stack of unidentified driver events and a stack of documents attaching the events to show safety and all other big wigs why those ELD events happened.
All of that will simply be swept away when the company decides to fire me and protect themselves.
No PC, no freedom to move about and not very far at all. Fine. Let the computer Blue Screen while choking on a stack of software events until it fills up and goes off line. That would be that. Break out the paper logs. You have to have a log.

This company would do me a favor by firing me. If I had any sense, I would be in "retirement" right now. The company, under law, is responsible to hold me liable to be "legal". If they are not interested in "teaching me", I will just be "illegal". I am sure that DOT will come down on the company a lot harder than on me.

Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs), Hours of Service (HOS), and Agricultural Exemptions
When operating within the 150 air-mile radius the driver should not log into the ELD. Upon exiting that radius, the driver should then log into the ELD, and annotate that any unassigned miles accumulated prior to that point were exempt miles.25(2)+2 Thanks this. -
The drivers who haul milk are doing this. But I got off of the milk several months ago. What I haul is not considered agricultural. But I suspect that this exemption will soon disappear because it was put into place for farmers to get their products to market during harvest season.
