I left when I kept getting screwed on pay, went back to corrections. I may get shafted in alot of ways, but my pay is always accurate and on time.
-
Curious about what his 0-1 year or my 2 years?
-
Really? A new driver? Ok you have what 0-1 year experience that makes me laugh......
-
His "Ex 0-1 Year" being less than your "2 Years" but then saying, "I love a new driver trying to rundown a former company man..."THE PLAYMAKER Thanks this.
-
the 0-1 is how long I have been out. But I hope that FFE gives him all he deserves.
-
Oh, sorry for my confusion.THE PLAYMAKER Thanks this.

I can see how the confusion could occur, and I honestly do wish any driver the best of luck with whatever company they choose. What I do is offer the advice from what I have witnessed myself. I was limited when I went to driving because I had driven for harvest, but I didn't hold a CDL, so I had to do FFE's training and a year contract. I did it with no questions, and the only argument I ever had with the company was over the quality of their equipment (try a truck you have to jumpstart everytime you turn it off for a few months), or the lack of my pay being correct (3 out of every 5 paychecks due to maintenance and/or mile errors).
My first 6 months with FFE was as beautiful as any driver could ask for, I got so many miles I had to occasionally do a 70, and when I pulled LTL in LA I got my drop pay no problem, it qas after the first 6 months that they started having constant errors. I know no company is perfect and all will have their flaws. I am also happy that their training seems to have improved dramatically (Pine Bluff was a joke). Maybe when they started having drivers abandon them, and they started having rookies flunk out their first week with a trainer they saw an error in their ways... Time will tell. -
I think if you leave anything off for 3 months your going to have problems.
I am not trying to make any ememies here lonewolf, we all are doing the same thing trying to make a good hand. Just thank God we have a job to gripe about, alot of people can't say that. But as for me I thank the good lord above that I have a job, yes there going to be hiccups every now and then but I will deal with them as they come not just go off the handle and bad mouth the company that gave me a job, I came to them they didn't come find me. -
I'm looking forward to FFE

Other outfits-honestly, cannot compare.
