Some terminals maybe better than others but it’s no more than a get your feet wet and leave company . A lot of no cares about what matters most concerning drivers .

Care to elaborate?

You'll notice with trucking, everyone working there, no matter what dept, has their job. So they do their job, in payroll, for instance, or the shop with the mechanics, (oops, I mean technecians) or dispatch and drivers. Let's face it, you the driver gets the loading info and you're on your own pretty much until you deliver the load, right ? Any minor problem, figure it out and keep rolling. Ne need to call in and cry to bossman.
nredfor88, truckerman75103, Voodoo Pyg and 1 other person Thank this. -
Did you at least find out what KLLM stand for?
motocross25, Lonesome, TB John and 1 other person Thank this. -
What does matter most? If it’s pay, then you can get more elsewhere; but I’ve not seen too many companies offering 2 days off per 7 out, paid hometime, or the minimum guarantees.
FearTheCorn Thanks this. -

Ah, but those guarantees and any "extra" pay comes always with strings nobody can really meet but once in a looooong while...maybe.Sc0obyDoo Thanks this.

4 guys started it and it’s the first initial of their last names. I know. Disappointing. I looked it up once before thinking it would be something cool, it is not.

In a nutshell, what is wrong with FFE / KLLM?
God bless every American and their families! God bless the U.S.A.!
The absolute sheer driving force of our national economy - without truck drivers, our entire national economy would come to an absolute standstill - if not outright be dead.

Over the mountains, through the woods, into the valleys, coast to coast, from sea to shining sea - truck drivers can and do go anywhere and everywhere, every day, every night, all year round. -
Not really much more than they are your basic, run of the mill starter company that will hold your hand and micromanage your day. Pay won't be the best (but they will claim it is), and the average driver will be told they could make $75k, but in reality they will make $45k.
Pretty much your average training outfit.snowmantrucking101 and MidwestResident Thank this.
