    Team driving from the start… which is the norm from what I’ve gathered. The successful “upgrade bonus” pales in comparison to what a trainer gets from doubling their miles. Whereas Swift’s trainers get like a few cpm from their trainees’ miles for their first 6-12mos after going solo (in addition to what their trk does); so they’re incentivized to do a good enough job that the trainee sticks around (info from sis who started there).
