No they don't, you get points to buy stuff with but no cash involved.

Playmaker... I copied and pasted my questions here for you if you can help out. Thank you.I've been off the road for about 10 years and entering the profession again.

My question is for FFE OTR company drivers. How many miles a week/month are you averaging?

Has your company experience been an overall positive one?

I'm looking to be behind the wheel for 3 - 4 months at a time then take 4 days off... back on the road for 3 - 4 months... then 4 days off... and so on.

I appreciate any and all input you have.

    Joe

When I was solo I averaged between 2500 to 3100 a week. On bad weeks it would be around 2100 on a good week 3500. I am running teams with my girlfriend, our first week out as a team was 5600 miles. Overall it's been OK, it's a trucking company. They have there good and bad points.

No I hate to tell you that your wrong. When do we get cash bonuses? For what? Are you talking about layover or break down pay? If so that we do get. Go ask Dan Bailey ask him if we get CASH bonuses. I just was in a select driver meeting today with VP Mark Rhea, we did ask him why we didn't get incentive bonuses. He said that we are going to work on getting the drivers bonuses. So no we don't get bonuses yet.
