I saw a GTI truck today pulling a heartland trailer. Ah old news I guess Heartland bought GTI 2 years ago

 

Saw Schneider pulling FedEx doubles. Figure they're probably safer that way.

That's contract work I used to pull them for a company called RTS from Denver to Indy 16 hours each turn make the bar by 1 am get drunk get laid and turn back to Denver the next morning ,

 

My company looked into getting into that but I dont have doubles endorsements on my CDL so I passed.

 

I've had hazmat tanker and doubles for 22 years and I've used them all its been handy ESP when I was pulling a tanker train , Rocky Mountain double tankers

 

I agree I'd never go for that

 

The KLLM / FFE merger was just last year. FFE OTR drivers were merged with KLLM dispatch.

FFE LTL is kept as a separate division.

I heard that KLLM made FFE LTL FUBAR while KLLM itself is SNAFU.
