Sounds like something else is going on here. There would be no way that a driver is gonna work past the previous week that his check was jacked up. Most drivers will tell their dispatcher or the payroll dept that these 18 wheels will not move another inch, until my pay is corrected and brought current. I think that you must have did something wrong whenever you completed your paperwork in orientation, or either there is something that you are not telling us.

 

why dont they pay you after 2 months i didnt see anything on ripoff report on that their was nothing listed on the the company on ripoff report were you a company or lease purchace driver please let me know.

 

if you don't get paid on pay day each and every time call them and explain that your next call is to the IRS and I bet they get your check to you fast!It is illegal to not pay you on a set day.Be it every other Friday or what ever day it is,if late then it is illegal. It's called a contract and you are due interest on that money.Call and ask if the check is deposited or not? Tell them the next call is to the IRS and I bet you get a check for every dime they owe.

i worked there for 4 months they found everyway to take drivers money the best way i saw was to not reimburse for lumpers for a couple of weeks but they charged the driver the same week, and take some money from drivers buy charging for to much idle time and refeer fuel you as company driver buy part of that believe it or not, i feel for you havein to stay there good luck bud

 

I hear more and more drivers being charged for idle...
I have a question that would probably be best answered y a labor board attorney, is this legal?
