Nah Walter black is a heavyset white guy. If you had to get a washbay ticket (not sure when they started this ####) he's the guy you got it from. As far as the black guy with safety they canned his ###, but now they have dwight (black guy who did driving and backing test) working safety desk at night.

To those who keep up with this thread let me give you my newest fun. 3 weeks ago (12/12) to be exact. my truck died on me while in motion as i pulled into a truckstop. The mechanic who came out charged 193 to get my truck where I could deliver and make it to Lancaster to the shop.

I was screwed on breakdown pay by 1-2 days depending on how you figure it, now on TODAYS paycheck they hit me with the fee for the mechanic. The paperwork was scanned in the NEXT day at LANCASTER including the receipt. Supposedly the receipt didn't scan (but the scan receipt shows all pages accounted for).

Seriously my miles aren't bad, but I am sick of fighting with payroll every few weeks. When I get my income tax my ### is leaving them and I don't care if that means I leave the truck parked at a roadside park with a load on it at this point.

See that's the same problem. They like to work you but they don't like to pay you.

    Is he up in dispatch?

I picked a really ###### time to start working for them when they were incorporating all three companies together to get everyone on the same page.

yea Walter is up in the dispatch area. About 250lbs 5'11-6'1 usually wears horizontal striped shirts (yea big people wearing horizontal is not a good idea as it adds the appearance of width lmao), bald headed, and varies between a goatee and clean shaven.

Lonewolf, I know who your talking about now. I fought with them one time about home time. Gave my FM a week notice and said it needed to be 8 days in advance. Pissed but I go along with it and stay out another 8 day's reminding him about every other day. Get put on a load down to Waco which is where the incident that they hit me with which was the lady at the gaurd shack's fault. Then left me sitting at the Flying hook just up the road for two day's without a load. Kept calling them up abotu a load and said they had nothing. Fianlly put me on a local in Waco and brought it up from the drop yard there to Lancaster where I sat for almost another whole day till I finally went ape #### up stairs. FM finally got me approved to dead head home just find a trailer. We have nothing going down south Louisiana. Why send me way down there when the drive is a hell of a lot shorter from Dallas to Shreveport. What seem's to be the problem? They never did answer that question. Trying to find an empty trailer is a joke around there. Found one after an hour of looking around. It was nasty as all hell so I washed it clean of all the potato skins and dirt pull up infront of the trailer shop, run in for a gate pass scrible in my logbook and get ready to haul ### when a driver pull's up next to me telling me he need's that trailer for a load because it was assigned to him. SOB! So I drop it and haul ### around to find another one. I spend about a half hour before I spot one coming out of the shop. I grab it, it's nasty inside too but I followed it out back hooked up to it and hauled ### not even bothering to stop and wash. I wasn't about to let go of another trailer after 3 day's of BS to go home. If someone else need's a trailer then they can go hit up Del Monte in Dallas for one because they had them stock piled up there.

As for payday. Kept getting my ### chewed for using the $80 advances for personal use then turn around and ask for an advance to scale out. "You just got an $80 advance this morning. What happened to it?" "I have to eat. I spent it on food in the truck for the next week." "Why? You know that's for business use only." Well what the hell do you expect me to do? Starve? Sense you people can't get me my pay check in a timely mannor. So as I got more pissed off as time went I started running my log book the way I wanted and said to hell with company policy. That's why that electronic log book that I had in my truck magically stopped working.

got my truck to Lancaster,, batteries were so bad today that after an hr of charging them they wouldnt start the truck. So now I have brand new batteries (all 4 finally) but I lost my good Chicago run. In return I got a load that delivers in Edmond, OK by the 4th.
