    still waiting for the right answer on my fh12 not starting its a 24v system d12a engine british assembled cranking but not starting no ecm lights coming on .which are the wires carrying ignition and ground to the ecm.is the vehicle fitted with an ecm protector and where is it located its a 95 model

    first of all, '95 FH 12 had no protection unit on European market. On US market there was relay that disabled ECM power supply.

    weak points of early FH12 were wiring under cab (dr side), ecm power supply relay (when relay ore fuse fails no CEL) and ECM (it is easy to damage with pressurized fuel, like aftermarket fuel priming pump, compressed air in fuel tank).
