    Be safe Brother!

Talked to a recruiter yesterday, he mentions a 6/3 schedule. thanks to muthertrucker210 I asked if that meant that some weeks I'd have 3 days off in the middle of the week, and wouldn't that affect my paycheck?

They were going to get back to me on that... :^)

What's your point? If you want to get paid for your days off you need to work in a different segment of the industry. But that would require more than holding a steering wheel. Looks like you're looking for high pay, easy work, and a schedule that never impacts your paycheck.....good luck with that.

Point is that the schedules are purposely set up to save the company money. Start with low hourly, but offer a lot of hours and splash a 6-figure number in the ad. Then configure the cycles to pay mostly straight time instead of overtime. If that's what you want, have at it. Plenty of it for you to choose from until they run out of people who can't run numbers.

So start your own company and set everything up to the advantage of your employees.

I start getting OT after 8 hours so it doesn't matter what day I start my week.

They called again just now. No mention of after 8 only 40.

Right now they're just hiring people who can't do math. He admitted has has a list of people like me. We'll be called when they have to play fair.

What do you want? What would make you happy? Right now you're just telling us there's a problem. What's your solution?
