You think you will not ripp them to shreds?
From what i see ..............i think you will have issues. -
No I backed up too a trailer that had a lower landing gear just to test it out and everything went smooth. Trailer didn’t touch the fenders and that ramp helps allot from hitting anything
Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
@Adamali21 If you posted already, I'm sorry I missed it. What did you end up with a fifth wheel height?
Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
I got it dropped to 47.5
so we are good to call the vans

Rideandrepair and Adamali21 Thank this. -
If the trailer just barely clears the fenders on level ground there’s a good chance of hooking under your trailer while turning on uneven ground. I may be speaking from experience from trashing a set of week old fenders that looked good when I backed under my trailer. Lol. Similar situation to yours, I didn’t want to raise my 5th wheel because my cattle trailer sat level the way mine was. So I went back to stainless quarter fenders.
Bean Jr., Brettj3876, IH Truck Guy and 6 others Thank this. -
Could be on a switch turn them all on see if center pin is hot on the pigtail. If you got a axle lift switch then that is more then likely the one. Most axle lift use the center pin of the pig tail.
Tug Toy and Rideandrepair Thank this.
