Still running the original setup......The truck has been non-stop for several weeks due to our massive amount of orders..
Good money for me but no time for the truck to be down.
The boss said we will get them changed out as soon as we can.

Also looking at a new trailer and adding a new truck on.
I may be passing my truck down to the new driver and ordering a Coronado for me!

Ok, I just changed outfits from containers to tankers and had to change out my low mount A stands for 8.5 inch ones. mine is a fixed holland fifth wheel and I went to peterbilt in mobile and had them order the 8.5 in one. cost with shipping was about 550.00. Install was a no brainier.
unbolt the two retainer bolts that act as stops for the main plate pins.
pull pins out of top plate.
lift plate off truck and set aside.
unbolt A stand assembly and replace with 8.5 version.
bolt down one side of stand but leave other side loose for the moment.
replace top plate and reinstall pins.
    reinstall retaining bolts.
    bolt down other side.
double check your work and hook to your tank.

    Should help cure your problem
