Fighting a Log book violations

"I had wrong date on the log but everything else was good"..... What was the violation you received for having the wrong date on your log?????

 

Unfortunately, the way these laws are enforced is far from black and white.

 

Are you referring to logbook infractions because if you are I suggest you re-read ECFR 49 Subchapter 395 Hours of Service....there is no wiggle room.

 

That is def a major safety issue i mean if you had a violation like that you might hit the brakes and not stop onthe right day maybe yesterday omg maybe tommorrow causing massive injury and loss of live you are one of those dangerous outlaws that e.logs will keep from killing people....thank you herr ferroro for this crackerjack SAFETY enforcement
