    How are you all combating the low detention, reload/loading/redelivery , layover rates in these carrier packets? How do you go about making your rates stick and the broker paying?

    Get rid of the worst brokers, work for the better ones.

    As OOIDA once told me, it doesn't matter what agreement you sign, it's all in their favor. If you really can't stand it go get your own customers.
