I came here a few years ago looking for some technical advice.
I must say I am never disappointed at the variety of subject matter that arises.

In addition to taking showers and practicing personal hygiene, it is a good idea to continuously clean and wipe down the inside of your truck. This would probably include both the seat and steering wheel as much as possible.
Also, it would be a good idea to MINIMIZE the amount of dirty laundry inside the truck. Try to get to a laundromat whenever possible for both clean clothes and clean bedding.
Just on health and hygiene alone, this could be another good reason to be SOLO when going OTR. Keep in mind, the inside of the truck is the driver's home away from home.Last edited: Mar 2, 2015

Those Walmart brand wet wipes work wonders after tarping in the heat until I can get to a shower.
