I had one today; a real braniac, speed racer, in the rain and fog on 380
    from Scranton to Mt. Pocono.
Speed limit is 70, that's what i'm doing.

White BMW from Jersey is way back, I'm in the center of 3 lanes, pull into right lane to pass slower TT ahead of me, just as I flip my blinkers on and move about 6" to the right, he passes me on right at about 130 in the rain, w/Left hammer lane wide open??
I make it a habit to let my blinkers flash 3-4 times B4 moving.

I almost had him under me. Probably would have been a fatal.
I always watch for azzholes, but this one got thru my radar.
I never expected someone would be stupid enough to go over
100 in the foggy, misty rain and pass on right?
    Never underestimate stupid??

Something in the water or air in that area,I tell ya. Or maybe it’s the altitude. Half of the time it’s jerk wads from New York or Jersey that causes problems. Other times it’s PA drivers.

    Flat Earth Trucker Thanks this.
