Finally at melton

Yeah I am smart enough not to talk politics,or religion in cramped quarters.My thought is approaching it as a teacher pupil relationship.not necessarily trying to make new best friend.dont get me wrong I am a outgoing person but I want to be corrected when needed.i don't want to be so friendly that they won't call me out on my mistakes for fear of hurting my feelings.i know it sounds odd the way I wrote it,but I think people understand what I mean

 

Well Saturday was more securement training.i was kind of surprised how few people have been sent home.i think we only lost 3 or four.one guy just up and left the hotel this morning.guess he was waiting for first orientation pay.instructor said it was a dumb move on his part as Melton would of payed for his ticket if he would of talked to some one.

 

Woo hoo it's Sunday.tommorow we are officially on the company payroll.today was just cleanup of the training shed and a little classroom time.to go over some odds and ends of training.they said we all should have trainers assigned by the end of monday.then fly to meet them or they come here to Tulsa to pick us up.oriemntation was about what I expected.I think Ilovecats said it best.,they said it's like trying to drink from a firehouse.There is just so much info thrown at you,it's almost 2 much
But I think they don't expect you to be perfect when you leave here .Just laying the foundation to build on.

 

Well we got the hat and t shirt today,filled out insurance and other forms.flying out at 445 to meet trainer in sacramento.they don't waist time getting us out of there,which is a good thing
