Finally Here!!!

It's taken me some time, but I'm finally here. Life took some different directions along the way, kids, job, etc. Now I'm at a point in my life I can go after a dream I've had for alot of years. Gone through everything I needed to to get to the point of finally getting out on the road. ACMZ License and ready to travel. Been looking around the forum, it's got to be one of the better ones that's for sure. I know you have to take the good with the bad, but it's nice to get some serious advice and recommendations from most. It's a decision someone makes and it's great to know there's some great support out there. Everyone has to start somewhere. I'm looking forward to it and looking forward to networking with all of you. I was involved in the implementation off the CDL - training and setting it up in AZ - when it came about, then left the industry and carried on in another industry for the last 20+ years - high level job with lots and lots of stress. Finally got out of that which brings me to the choice of retiring at an early age? or fulfilling an old dream of driving transport across the US and Canada. I'm a dual citizen and looking forward to crossing that border as often as I can. Kids are all grown and hubby is looking forward to joining me in about a year or so, once he reaches the point of retiring. Gotta plan and ready to put things in motion. Hitting the road Tuesday!!!! Thanks for all the info on the forum, I'm sure it'll all make sense once I get out there.
