I'll take the convenience of someone else making it for me. But then again, I have access to Canadian coffee places, who know how to brew a strong cup.
Finally... Some good coffee...

You can also do cold brew pretty easy. Just put water and coffee in a mason jar or in the french press and set it in the fridge. The vibration from driving agitates the grounds, and they eventually settle down on the bottom to make straining it easier. Pour it over ice in an insulated cup and it will stay cold for a long time.
I used to do mason jar into stainless french press, but now I use Bodum Bean Cold Brew Coffee Maker 12 Cup - White . It's one less item to clean, and won't spill out of the spout while driving.
I have a big fridge, though. Mason jar is good for smaller ones.Lepton1, Lab work and WesternPlains Thank this. -
I've always wondered about distilled water. Good water gets it taste from minerals. Can you say, Kentucky Bourbon? The distillation process removes all of that good stuff. And that's why I'll never purchase that Zero Water thingy that's being advertised ad nauseum on the t.v. these days.

Oh come on, there’s nothing like pulling into a dirty pilot in the middle of a late-night run and getting that last, bottom of the barrel cup of stale overheated brown water. The best part is when you get a mouthful of coffee grounds at the bottom of the cup. That will put some hair on your chest!

I'm happy you found Coffee. I think the best Coffee I ever drank (in house) was at Rip Off Griffins on I 10 just west of Phoenix. Two cups of that and your hands shook!
