    I agree !! If shifting is your biggest fear you should do great because after a few weeks it will be more like a reflex . That is if you don't let your brain over think it

    Yeah you're the perfect student when it comes to learning manual. You'll be fine. Most schools teach students to get to 3rd or 4th gear, make the turn with out shifting, then continuing the up shifts (the way you should always tbh)

    It sounds complicated but once you get in a truck and do it a couple of times its really no big deal. Plus Prime teaches that stuff on simulators so no pressure at all.

    We use all 10 speed manual transmissions. But you not being able to drive a stick is actually a positive in your favor. You won't have any bad habits you have to unlearn because driving as manual transmission in the truck is different than driving one in a four wheeler. You don't need to know how to drive a stick, we will teach you that.

    Ha! That question was already answered many times over. That's what I get for hitting the reply button before noticing that there were a bunch of extra posts after the one I was going to answer.
