I think what he was trying to say was..take a year or so and try to work on your credit score so you don't get screwed over by an outrageous interest rate. I personally want my own truck also but after an getting hurt a few years back my credit score went in the toilet. I've been working my rear off trying to rebuild my score so when I can eventually buy I don't have to pay an outrageous note because I have crappy credit.

Because I am trying to see if I can finance a truck with 50% down that’s what this whole post was about ! Not saving money! Why is it so hard for folks to read the posts ? I have the money to buy a truck without finance but that is not what I am after

Well if you have the money to buy a truck without finance, then why finance and give people free money(interest)? Plus I should have clarified. Save more money then buy the truck.

I get what your saying but I never asked for credit advice I just simply wanted to know if what I’m asking is doable and if so was looking for some examples
    also
    tha
it was just something I’m thinking bout doing and was just looking to see what the chances of getting approved for that would’ve be like that’s all and if anyone else had luck being in that situation that’s it

You also want to lease the truck, not buy.
    100% tax right off.
You'll have like a $101 buyout at the end.

You need go to a Pete, KW or Freightliner dealer. Talk to their finance guy. My guess is with 50% down and experience they will find a way to work with you. It won't be the best terms, but 50% down with an inflated truck price. Their butt is covered enough to take the risk.

What state is your residence?? Lot's have incentives for small business, which is what you will be.

I'm in Arizona. I paid no tax on the truck.
