    Question to those who practically founded a new customers....
    Where you have to go? When it comes to get a new customer,
    Particularly, you come to a door step in a big or small business, to whom you supposed to talk?
    Anyone in a shipping department? Or you have to come or call to the owner?
    Who's actually responsible in the company to choose a carrier for shipping needs?
    Please, anyone has any valuable information about this topic?

    Talk to any and everybody you see even the homeless guy on the street, you don't know who he knows. But seriously just call or show up at every business and talk to the manager, they should be able to give out info and put you in contact with the right person.
