With Swift if you run hard, manage your hours well and avoid service failures you will do fine. Doesn't pay the best to start but you can at least get more experience while putting some time between you and your past incidents. Just remember everyone hates Swift cause they are one of the big evil mega carriers so just expect a little #### talking every now and then and ignore what I call the terminal queens. They are the ones that hang out in the terminals and just ##### about everything but fail to realize they are the reason they are getting no miles. Its always the same group of drivers too although it seems they do migrate from one terminal to another every so often.
