You've never had a business with hundreds of people willing to pay any price for your services because they know you can offer them something unobtainable anywhere else. In that situation you can pick and choose your customers based on criteria your "competition" would never dream of.

    How do you know?

Look I know mark, I have had work done by him and it wasn't spectacular but just above average.

It is the same old crap, the cb gods gave us another suoertech and by the norms of the cb world, we are supposed to accept how he acts and how he treats people,

    The bottom line is this

    It is just a cb.

In order for you to know that it was just above average you would have to be above that level in order to recognize what you were looking at. Based on some things I've learned over the years you didn't even know what you are looking at.
That's the funny thing about Dunning Kruger syndrome. You need to recognize your own limitations and if you don't recognize them you'll think that you're on top of the world and everyone is beneath you. When people say something is impossible it means they are incapable of achieving what they think is impossible and because they are incapable of achieving that thing they falsely assume everyone else in the world is also incapable of achieving that same thing. The people who are the best at what they do are also the ones that recognize their limitations and they also learn new things everyday.
That's true. It's a piece of junk from the factory. Anybody can do a basic service manual alignment and call it good and kick it out the door. If you want it to perform like some high end ham equipment it would take some serious engineering skills that you don't have to make that happen.

He could even buy a low end ham radio and get better results, if it’s clarity and distance he’s after.

    npok and slim6596 Thank this.

According to Ridgeline, the results I've gotten are impossible to achieve, so I'm tickled to death with what I have.
