Just follow the state laws that you are in and you will be fine. Go here to find out which states your ccw has reciprocity. http://www.handgunlaw.us/LicMaps/ccwmap.php
Look up no carry allowed places for each state your going to be in and proper vehicle storage for those states you can't carry concealed.

It really isn't that big of a deal. So many people make this into something it isn't.

In theory I'd have to agree.
Regardless, I don't want to see anyone land themselves in jail in a state like the one I'm currently cursed to live in.
That's right.
When your inimitable AG took office, she added the requirement of having a permit in your home state to the list of PA's requirements, which makes my UT and FL no longer good there.
That was a direct targetting of those who live in anti-gun states, particularly MD, NJ, and NY. -
Might want to double check the dates on your info. Our idiot Attorney General has been screwing around with reciprocity agreements for the past year, rewriting a bunch of them. As a result, other states are rewriting or no longer honoring reciprocity agreements with PA. Yes, our Attorney General is a idiot, and I can't wait until her term of office is over.JPenn Thanks this.

The problem is that site does not carry the force of law, so it can't be used a defense in court.
It is still up to the individual to contact the legal authorities in the respective states to find out for sure. -
Hmm, the line I quoted a few posts back regarding PA was a cut n paste from the PA AG website...unless they don't update that. Ohio's gone in the right direction I think...as of March 23, 2015, Ohio recognizes the concealed handgun license of any non-resident who has a valid concealed handgun license from any other state, regardless of whether Ohio has entered into a reciprocity agreement with that state...

How much use is a hidden gun with ammo hidden separately going to be when you're woken up to a guy already pointing a gun at you?
Does anyone know what the maximum sentence normally would be for concealing a legal gun in your truck? or if its just a fine or whatever? -
