i have been otr for over 22 years and i have never had the need for a gun that includes going into nyc bronx queens every week for 2 years and that was 20 years ago b4 it was cleaned up like it is now days

i understand that we can carry while in states that recognize our permits, but what do we do with the weapon when traveling thru a state that does'nt ? locked up in a box unloaded be sufficient to stay legal ?
