Yep but if it is a 1 truck operation. The driver can still be liable as we all know... Better to just be a sole proprietor... This is not from my personal knowledge from road dog radio

The llc only protects you to a point, in the case of fraud or intent to commit fraud like running the company into the ground there is no protection.
To the OP, what is a certified instructor/trainer?
Certified by who?
What is a lease dispatcher?

I think you will find regardless of the LLC or LLP you will be required to sign a personal guarantee on the note.
