Marten is a good company.

The guys opening statement "It was like yesterday". I think he is reminiscing and trying to justify his actions.

 

But why in the hell would you give up your freaking dream of being a pro trucker to a cargo Van sucker just doesn't sound like you havent fought hard enough for your dream. Never surrender. I wanna see the best of you man get back in that. Truck #### driver and drive Don't let. I think the first line should have read "I remember it like it was just yesterday".

 

Unfortunately your right,except it seems to be the way businesses are going in this country & its basically screw you the worker just make me $$$.
