LOL!! Hey it's the internet, that number means squat!! It's the information posted that matters. I did it to prove a point to a poster awhile back; just because someone lists alot of experience don't mean nothing if the info is incorrect......

hired by a local otr company. small fleet 12 trucks. locally owned here in nh. just got back from florida, head out again tuesday.

Lol, I hear you. I see you've gained 19 more years experience too

Good for you, now be careful!
Seriously, good luck to you, glad you found a new home.losttrucker Thanks this. -
nothing serious? That sounds like I don't care attitude.
They are all serious if it was your equipment. Only five figures worth of damage. Get out and look instead of guessing.
Do your best not to make it 11 trucks!
Stay safe! -
who the hell said anything about guessing. with swift i was their 6 months before the incident, with schneider a year before and 6 months with nfi. i get out as many times as needed and have an average back in time of 30-45 minutes in tight areas. which has been complained about by many people. stuff happens! and don't you think for a second i don't care i worried about each one for days after. the nfi one happened before easter weekend. do you know how much sleep i got that weekend?

There was another guy in one of the other pages that said this to you also, but you might wana think about a different career path buddy? 3 accidents in 2 years, i've never even heard of that, it's usually 2 and you're fired and will never be able to work again unless it's for like Swift, Crst or Werner. You even rub a curb the wrong way and you're gonna be done! Good Luck, but think about different career paths

seriously consider your attitude and check it.
All of those are major preventables that should have never happened. Especially the trailer swing. You can see it in the mirrors. My truck, you'd have been fired on that one alone.
And it takes a good hit to buckle a landing gear.
bumper fairing, I could almost forgive that one. It's hard to catch where the front really is on the front of trucks and a hidden object like a rock. Easy to do.
I can predict the response on this is going to be defensive before it even comes.
And that's why I say consider your attitude and check it right off the bat. Until you do, you may want to really reconsider your career choice. -
cant see it if its on the blind side. Can you?
things have been going great at the new company owners a great guy who really cares about his drivers.
i've been kind of the nyc specialist lately go to brooklyn and long island quite a bit.
after my previous otr experiences i vowed to never do it again. but this place is just so much different. never thought i could actually be happy otr, but i am. part of it i think is actually having someone on the other end of the phone that actually cares. they understand we are people not robots.
its like one giant family the buzz that went around when i came on board was like lighting, every one was calling to find out about the new guy.
my first week or two i was a little overwhelmed with my phone ringing with people just calling to see how i was doing, the ower, dispatcher and other drivers. that was such a shock, was so used to being a number now im a person again.
its great very pleased with the company
