"made you call your company"? umm yeah i wouldve told them #### you, them crybaby sorry ### guardshack ######## are useless, if you caused no damage to their little pole or your truck tell them you will repaint their stupid pole and go get you some spray paint and call it a day.. if they want to call your company so be it, but their should never be a point where anybody makes you do anything.. it would be better to get fired imo for telling a guardshack to #### off then to get fired for hitting something.. them lazy guards deserve to get told that every once in awhileSoulScream84, sevenmph and Tombstone69 Thank this.

As a general rule, people with good interpersonal skills don't tend to end up sitting in guard shacks for a living.tarheelsfan105, SoulScream84, RockinChair and 2 others Thank this.

Only in NASCAR is it ever good to take the pole position

People in gaurdshacks have the power, sometimes power goes to peoples heads. I wouldn't doubt if his car looks like a toothpaste tube. I like the way they drive in Poland, they seem to have that, get out da way type attitude. At least the driver wasn't texting, or talking on the phone.
D.Tibbitt Thanks this. -
Why does everyone assume that? Insurance premiums can be insane for the small-time operator, even with ZERO claims and decades of safe driving. Why would he want to hire an inexperienced driver who has already demonstrated the willingness to allow his truck to bump stationary objects? THIS time, it was a pole with no real damage. Next time, it'll snap a utility pole or tear the hood off another truck. That sort of claim will see a small company's already high premiums go through the roof (or worse yet, dropped altogether) and then that small company is no more. NO company that's worth working for will take that sort of risk.
The larger companies typically self-insure, so while it still hurts their bottom line, minor incidents won't potentially shut them down.gentleroger, JoeyJunk, Tombstone69 and 1 other person Thank this.
