Trainer was testing him and he failed the test. If the trainer let him drive less than 12 hrs later hes lucky he didnt get the hatchet too

Sorry don't buy that crap for a second, the trainer is a pos for even letting it happen and more of one for reporting it. The trainer should have been fired first and the driver lectured about the laws and regs.

I agree.....the trainee, if hes being completely honest about how it went down, asked a direct question regarding it prior to doing it........he was given a green light......so, its trainer word vs trainees word.....I am a bit biased and think any Swift Driver should be fired though.....trainer, trainee no matter....it is mainly due to them being better off elsewhere.......Dave_in_AZ Thanks this.

from my recollection, the company "usually" takes the word of the trainer, over a student...
