Call G.F.LaCaeyse in Grinnell IA, Tell them the truth you have a decent chance, there more toward the old school side of trucking. Just learn from your mistakes, not the end of the world, but while drinking off duty in a parked truck is not illegal, it is against most company policies. Never sit in the drivers seat if the key is in the ignition.

Moving on, you now are looking to get out of this mess. Fair enough. But there is no getting out of it. Just keep moving forward. We all make mistakes. Some companies will care -some care not so much. If your honest about iit maybe Someone will think “I’m gonna hire this guy cause he won’t repeat that again” . It will be an old incident in no time. Just keep applying for work.
